Terms and Conditions for 3 rrr — Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3 rrr website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on any game or market offered by 3 rrr, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you click the registration confirmation button on the 3 rrr sign-up page.

These Terms apply to every interaction you have with 3 rrr — browsing the platform, using the live casino, playing card games such as Teen Patti and Rummy, betting on cricket or football, participating in slot tournaments and any other activity available on the platform. They apply equally to use on mobile browsers and any other access method.

If you are registering on behalf of another person or using a device shared with others, it remains your personal responsibility to ensure that only eligible individuals access your 3 rrr account. You cannot transfer, sell or assign your account or any rights under it to any other person.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at 3 rrr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3 rrr does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit or participate in any game or betting market on the platform. Age verification checks may be carried out at any time.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this type is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 3 rrr complies with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 3 rrr or any other gaming operator from which 3 rrr is required to exclude players.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business entity or third party in connection with any activity at 3 rrr.
• You must not have had a previous 3 rrr account that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account at 3 rrr only. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under your own identity, a different identity or using different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth and any other information requested by 3 rrr's registration form. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3 rrr strongly recommends that you use a unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify 3 rrr support immediately at support@3rrr.online if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 3 rrr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions or to notify us promptly.

3 rrr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a selfie, proof of your registered mobile number or proof of payment method ownership. Verification is required before a first withdrawal is processed. Documents must be clear, current and in the name matching your registered account details.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions at 3 rrr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion and no international transfer fees applied by 3 rrr. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 3 rrr, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

3 rrr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) through all major Pakistani banks, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned minus any applicable processing charges.

• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Delays are rare and are typically caused by the payment provider's own network, not by 3 rrr.
• Bank IBFT transfers are credited within one business hour during standard banking hours in Pakistan.
• Card deposits are subject to your issuing bank's authorisation process and may occasionally require confirmation via your banking app.

3 rrr does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 3 rrr is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 3 rrr is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on your 3 rrr account. You cannot withdraw to a method that was not used for a previous deposit unless you submit a change request supported by identity documentation acceptable to 3 rrr.

Fully verified accounts receive withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash within thirty minutes in most cases. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same business day when submitted before 4pm PKT. Withdrawals submitted after that time are processed on the next working day. Card withdrawals typically arrive within one to three business days depending on your issuing bank's processing time.

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Any bonus funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 3 rrr reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering procedures. This is standard practice and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. If a mismatch is detected between your payment method ownership and your account name, the withdrawal will be returned to your 3 rrr balance and you will be asked to resubmit with a verified method.

3 rrr does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied are those of your payment provider and are outside 3 rrr's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3 rrr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these General Terms. Where there is any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these General Terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. A standard wagering requirement at 3 rrr is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette typically contribute 10%. Game show titles contribute 5%. Teen Patti and Rummy contribute 15%. The exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically without notice.
• 3 rrr reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any winnings generated solely from that bonus may be voided.
• Bonuses are only available to players making genuine recreational use of the platform. Players showing signs of systematic bonus exploitation — placing bets designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk — may have their bonus access restricted.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered at 3 rrr — including Teen Patti, Rummy, Andar Bahar, slots, live casino titles and sports betting markets — operate under clearly stated rules that are accessible from within each game or market page on the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a bet.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games at 3 rrr are governed by a certified RNG system that is independently verified to produce outcomes that are genuinely random and statistically fair. No outcome in any RNG game is influenced by previous results, player identity, account balance or any other external factor.

Live casino games use physical playing cards, physical roulette wheels and real dice handled by professional dealers in a purpose-built studio. The studio environment and dealer procedures are independently reviewed to ensure integrity. 3 rrr does not manipulate the outcome of any live casino hand, spin or roll.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including a disconnection, a server error or any software failure — the outcome of the affected round may be declared void. Bets on voided rounds will be refunded to your account balance. 3 rrr makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions outside our reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 3 rrr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account at 3 rrr under any name or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent personal information during registration, verification or any subsequent request from 3 rrr.
• Using stolen, borrowed or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use 3 rrr for any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human technology to access, play or bet on 3 rrr games or markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or technical vulnerabilities — known or discovered — to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from your account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card game tournaments and multiplayer tables.
• Abusing the chargeback process or initiating false payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after placing bets at 3 rrr. Any confirmed chargeback fraud will result in immediate permanent account closure and pursuit of the outstanding amount through legal channels.
• Allowing minors to access your 3 rrr account under any circumstances.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

3 rrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so for regulatory, legal or responsible gaming reasons.

In cases of suspected fraud or Terms breach, 3 rrr may withhold account funds pending investigation. We will endeavour to complete such investigations promptly. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, funds will be released to the account holder without deduction.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily — for example, as a self-exclusion measure — you may do so by contacting support@3rrr.online. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. 10 Responsible Gaming

3 rrr takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be enjoyable entertainment and we are committed to helping players who show signs of difficulty maintain control. The following tools are available to all registered players in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in, deposit or bet.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from 3 rrr for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and you are blocked from re-registering. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3 rrr platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 3 rrr or its licensed game and content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the 3 rrr platform for legitimate personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the 3 rrr platform for any commercial purpose.

The 3 rrr brand name, logo and any associated trade marks are the exclusive property of 3 rrr. You may not use them in any context — including social media, websites or printed materials — without our prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3 rrr and its officers, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the 3 rrr platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.

3 rrr's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 3 rrr's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 3 rrr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any game or service provided through it. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal information by 3 rrr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy in full. Please read it carefully as it explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it and what rights you have over it.

In summary, 3 rrr collects personal data that is necessary to provide the services described in these Terms — including account registration, identity verification, payment processing, customer support and responsible gaming functions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share it only with service providers who assist in operating the platform and who are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with our privacy standards.

14 Amendments to These Terms

3 rrr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless an emergency or legal requirement necessitates immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the 3 rrr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance by contacting support@3rrr.online.
